Tastings

If I cancel your Tea Tasting, you will be entitled to a full refund of the purchase price and travel costs if any, or a rebooking for another date of your choice, subject to availability.

No refunds will be available for fewer attendees than were purchased.

No refunds will be offered for cancellations within 1 week of the date of your tasting. Travel costs if any will be refunded.

If you wish to amend the date of your booking, you should immediately contact me by phone or email at least 1 week before the scheduled time and date.

One amendment to the date and time of the booking is permitted.

Alternative dates are subject to availability.

Gift Vouchers

No refunds are available for gift vouchers.
