The literal translation is Iron Goddess of Mercy.

This is a lightly oxidised oolong tea from the Anxi region in Fujian province, the home of Chinese Oolong tea.

It’s a balled oolong, meaning that the tea is produced using the bao rou or wrap-rolling technique to form tight pellets which unravel as the tea is infused.

Light and refreshing with a floral aroma and stoned fruit notes, this tea will deliver multiple infusions.
