White Peony is harvested in Springtime and made from one bud and one or two leaves.

The buds are silvery white in appearance due to the fine, white hairs that cover and protect them from weather and insects. The leaves dry to a green or green-brown colour.

The resulting tea is light, delicate and slightly sweet with a pale yellow colour.
